  • Additional Profile Information: To enhance your experience with the Services, we may request, and you may choose to provide us with, additional information, such as your gender, ethnicity, age range, occupation, income range, interests, and a profile picture.
  • Other Communications: When you request information from us, respond to forms or questionnaires, participate in surveys, or otherwise contact us, we collect communications that we exchange with you.

You can generally control the information that we receive from third party platforms using the privacy controls provided to you by such third parties.

Information Collected from Marketing and Advertising Partners. This includes companies providing us with analytics and advertising services to help us better understand how users interact with the Services, to serve advertisements on our behalf, and to measure the performance of those advertisements.

We use the information we collect as described below.

To Deliver the Services. This includes:

  • Operating and maintaining the Services in accordance with our Terms of Use
  • Improving, developing, and personalizing the Services, including troubleshooting, performing analysis and testing, and conducting research and surveys
  • Providing support and assistance in connection with the Services, including creating and managing your Antheon account
  • Processing orders, subscriptions, and transactions
  • Communicating with you about the Services

For Compliance and Protection. We use the information we collect to promote the safety and security of the Services, our users, and other parties. This may include responding to law enforcement requests, protecting against fraud or other illegal acts, complying with or enforcing our legal or contractual obligations and resolving disputes, and conducting audits.

In connection with our research and development efforts, we create and use aggregated data, de-identified data, or other anonymous data from personal data we collect for our business purposes, including to analyze the effectiveness of the Services, to improve and add features to the Services, and to analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of the Services.

This includes marketing and promoting the Services or other Antheon products or services by sending you direct offers, marketing messages, or advertising or through push notifications, in accordance with your preferences. You can control marketing communications and notifications by accessing your account settings or via the “Unsubscribe” link in an email.

SHARING OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not rent or sell your personal data. There are, however, limited circumstances in which we may share your personal data with third parties, as set forth below:

Advisors, Consultants, and Service Providers: We, like many businesses, sometimes contract with third parties to perform certain business-related tasks and functions, such as processing payments, shipping and logistics providers, and website hosting. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function, and they are required to protect and secure your information.

Related Companies: We may share personal data with our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries, if any, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Business Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, personal data may be one of the transferred assets. Advertising Partners: These parties help market our business and may collect information about your use of the Services to promote Antheon or display information that may be relevant to your interests on the Services.

Other Users: You may direct us to disclose your information to others, such as when you use our community features like the forums and other social tools.

Non-Personal Data: We may deidentify, aggregate, or anonymize data from the personal data you and others make available in connection with the Services such that you are not individually identified, and use, sell, license or share that non-personal data with third parties for research, business, or other purposes. We do not disclose non-personal data in a manner that would identify you as an individual.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Services may contain links to other websites and online services operated by third parties, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that, we are affiliated with any third party. We are not responsible for the practices of such third parties and suggest contacting such third parties directly for information on their privacy policies.

DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

We have taken certain physical, organizational, administrative, and technical measures to safeguard the data and information we collect. While we endeavor to protect the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account or information. You should help protect your data by appropriately selecting your password, limiting access to your computer or device, and signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services, to perform our legitimate business purposes, to comply with applicable law, and to prevent harm as described in this Privacy Policy.

CHILDREN AND MINORS

If you are under the age of 13, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where you reside, please do not submit or attempt to submit any personal data about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the relevant minimum age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on the Antheon website, by sending you an email, and/or by other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding them.
